So, it has been forever since I have blogged anything.  My appologies, but life has taken twists and turns I couldn't expect.  After a short absence, I'm back in the saddle.

How was everyones Ostara?  I LOVE Ostara I pass from one time into the other, yet am between one time and another. I completely shed winter's sleep. As a time of passing, transition, it is powerful - a time of balance - equal day and equal night - so a time of magic. I am poised between being bound, and the movement of Spring. Bound like sleeping beauty who is released by love's kiss into the violent passion of Spring. Bound as in the cosmic egg, which exploded when the cosmos was hatched. Explosive moment of creation - moving dynamically chaotically.

I'm reading an amazing book, and just wanted to share the tittle with anyone who might be interested. The book is "The Historian" by Elizabeth Kostova. It is a brilliant new look at an old tale, "Drakula" It's not the same old story. She didn't re-tell Bram Stokers "Dracula". She has her own story to tell. The book delves deep into the history of the legend. It's a great read. JUst thought I'd share my find.
